virtual balance

A virtual balance is a non-G/L balance that is used to track usage for groups and group members that share a group balance. A virtual balance is created when an aggregated balance is added to a group wallet or group member wallet. During rating, the impacts to all descendant virtual balances are propagated up the group hierarchy and applied to the aggregated balance at the top of the group hierarchy.
