event aggregation

An optional feature that reduces the total number of usage events generated by aggregating usage amounts and charge amounts across multiple usage messages. Event aggregation produces a single event for each aggregation. Aggregation configuration determines when an aggregation ends. Event aggregation is enabled and configured on a per-service context basis.
