Route Cache Controller

The Route Cache Controller is a MATRIXX service (process) used for initializing the Route Cache on start-up and for maintaining the Route Cache. The Route Cache Controller ensures that Route Cache data is kept current with real-time subscriber identity data and session identity data stored in an engine.
