Network Operations Center (NOC)

An external control center that has an SNMP-based monitoring system polling the MATRIXX Charging Application for real-time statistical information. NOCs are responsible for monitoring the MATRIXX Charging Application for alarms and conditions that might require attention to avoid impact on performance.
