Policy and Charging Control (PCC) Rule

MATRIXX policy profiles define PCC rules. PCC rules are configured in the PCEF and referenced by the PCRF. They can either be static (defined in the PCEF and applied based on a policy decision) or dynamic (dynamically activated over the Gx reference point).
