About My MATRIXX Help

My MATRIXX Help provides information about My MATRIXX, a web application that offers a central location for creating pricing plans and configuring MATRIXX charging and rating behaviors. My MATRIXX is intended for pricing administrators who are responsible for creating and maintaining pricing plans and for IT administrators or developers who configure the rating and charging behavior of the online charging system.

My MATRIXX Help has task-based information about creating pricing plans and task-based information about configuring application configuration components (pricing, rating, and policy-related objects) used by MATRIXX Charging Application and MATRIXX Policy Application.

To access context-sensitive help within the My MATRIXX UI, click Open Help Content in the upper right corner to open the appropriate topic. If the UI has multiple tabs, clicking Open Help Content opens the overview topic initially. To open the topic associated with the first tab, click away from that tab, click back to it, and then click Open Help Content.
