Transfer Balance Amounts
You can transfer balance amounts between prepaid balances that have the same balance units; for example, megabytes or minutes. You can transfer balances from one subscription to another or between subscriptions and groups.
Before you begin
The subscriptions for whom you are transferring balance amounts must own at least one product offer.
Procedure

In Other
Balances or All
Balances, click a balance that has the transfer icon ().
Note: You can also click in Edit Balance.

In Transfer Balance, enter the amount to transfer and then click
Next.
Note: Make sure that the balance from which you are transferring funds has enough balance to cover the transfer.

Do one of the following:
- Click External ID and, in External ID, enter the subscription or group to which you want to transfer the balance.
- Click Object ID and, in Object ID, specify the Object ID for the subscription or group to which you want to transfer the balance.
Note: You can click Find Subscription or Find Group, and then search for the subscription or group by All Fields, External ID, Access Number, IMSI, or Object ID. If login devices are enabled, you can search by Login ID. If matches are found, select the subscription or group from the table of search results. - If the specified subscription or group has a balance that is available for a transfer into it, select the balance and then click Next.

In Transfer Balance, confirm that the balances for the transfer are the correct
balances.
Note: Transferring to and from a debt balance is not supported.

Click Transfer to complete the transfer or click
Cancel to cancel the transfer.
If the transfer is successful, the balances for the affected subscriptions and groups are updated.
