Managing Contracts
For offers that have associated contracts, you can make payments on the contract, pay off the contract, or suspend and resume the offer. The contract continues until its set end date unless you cancel the offer.
- From the Contract
Details page for an offer that has a contract, click Make Payment to
make a payment.
If the contract is not in debt, you can make an additional payment on the outstanding principal.
You can pay the full amount owed on the contract.
- When you cancel an offer that has a contract
associated with it, you can pay the full amount owed on the contract or, if you have been
given permission to waive charges, you can waive some or all debt. You can click
Cancel Contract and make the following selections:
- Pay in Full — Pay the full amount due.
- Pay with Debt Forgiveness — Pay the amount due and have the subscription forgiven for all or part of the debt.
- Waive all debt — Waive all existing debt.
- Pay None — Cancel the contract but pay nothing at this time. Unpaid principal is moved to the debt. The debt may be paid at a later time.
- From the Contract Details page, you can suspend and resume the offer. For more details, see the discussions about suspending and resuming an offer for subscriptions and groups.
