Logging into MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool

Log into MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool with the following procedure.

Before you begin

Any user logging into MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool must have at least either the MTX_ROLE_CSR or MTX_ROLE_BULK_OPS user role:
  • If the logged-in user only has the MTX_ROLE_CSR user role, then the home page displays all tiles except for the Bulk Operations tile. This user role only provides read-only access.
  • If the logged-in user only has the MTX_ROLE_BULK_OPS user role, then the home page displays the Bulk Operations tile only. This user role provides access to viewing a bulk operation configuration and adding and deleting a bulk operation task.
  • If the logged-in user does not have at least either the MTX_ROLE_CSR or MTX_ROLE_BULK_OPS user role, a read-only warning displays and the user's only option is to log out.

Procedure

  1. Open a web browser and enter the following URL to open MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool, where hostname is the name or IP address of the MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool pod.
    http://hostname:8081/matrixxbct/login.html
  2. Log into MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool with your username and password.
  3. If a security warning message has been configured for MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool, read the security warning message that displays and then click either OK to continue or Cancel to return to the login page.
