Private Balance Validation
A private balance must meet certain conditions to be valid.
A private balance is valid when the following conditions are met:
- The owning offer is a subscription offer.
- The owning offer contains only one balance state update component.
- The private balance is an asset balance, a non-main prepaid currency balance, or a pseudo-currency balance.
- Auto-expire is disabled on the private balance template.
- The End Date Adjustment Type field on the selected balance template is set to Allow.
- The private balance is not a main currency balance.
- The private balance is not a postpaid currency balance.
- The private balance is not a meter.
- The private balance is not a balance instance creation policy of one per wallet.
To expire a private balance upon full consumption, the following conditions must be
met:
- The private balance must use a prepaid balance template.
- The private balance must use a simple balance template.
- There can be only one expire on consumption private balance per catalog item.
- A credit limit must be set on the balance template.
- All notifications must be enabled on the balance template.
