Change a Denial Code

You can change the external ID and the description of a denial code. You cannot change the denial code value. If you need to change the denial code value, delete the existing denial code and create a new one with the new value.

Procedure

1. In Denial Codes, click the denial code value.
2. In Edit Denial Code, change the denial code value, external ID, or description, depending on your requirements.
3. Click Save.
