Virtual Fields

Use virtual fields to avoid creating multiple pricing configurations if your MATRIXX environment accepts multiple rating message types, for example, messages from Diameter and 5G networks.

Once created, you select virtual fields in pricing configurations by starting to enter the __VIRTUAL_FIELD__ text in the container menu field. The field auto-completes as you are typing. Or you can scroll down the list to select the virtual field item. After selecting __VIRTUAL_FIELD__ as the container, select a virtual field name in the field menu to use.
