Store Application Context and Call Reference Number Configuration

When CAMEL Gateway advanced options are enabled, you can configure Call Control Framework (CCF) to store the application context and call reference number for a call or SMS attempt to fields in the custom MDC for rating TCAP and CAP services. This enables the application context and call reference number to be reported in MATRIXX Event Files (MEFs) for use in reconciliation.

CCF can store the application context value from TCAP BEGIN(IDP or IDPSMS) messages in a field named ApplicationContext, and the call reference number from the IDP or IDPSMS in a field named CallReferenceNumber, in the private TCAP/CAP MATRIXX Data Container (MDC).

The application context and call reference number can be reported in MEF files for use in reconciliation.
