Dynamic Balance and Meter Validity Time
The start and end time of a dynamic balance base is specified by the selected Start and End options in dynamic balance and dynamic meter templates. When the dynamic balance base expires, it can no longer create dynamic balance instances. You can adjust the dynamic base validity time using the AdjustBalance SubMan API.
By default, the start time of a dynamic balance instance is the instance creation time. To set the absolute time of the balance instance start time, use the Instance Relative Start Time setting in dynamic balance and dynamic meter templates.
By default, the end time of a dynamic balance instance is the end time of the dynamic balance base. To calculate the end time based on the start time of the dynamic balance instance and the end time offset, use the Instance Relative End Unit and Instance Relative End Unit Count settings in dynamic balance and dynamic meter templates. The end time of a dynamic balance instance can extend beyond the end time of the dynamic balance base.
