Reset a Password for a User
Reset the account password for a My MATRIXX user.
About this task
A user who has forgotten the password associated with their My MATRIXX user account must have the password reset. A system administrator who has the required permissions can reset user passwords.
To reset a password for a user:
Procedure
- Log into My MATRIXX as a user who has the Global role of User Administration.
- Under Administration, click Users.
- In Users, click the name of the user who needs a reset password.
- In Edit User Info, in the User Details section, enter the reset password twice. The password you enter in the Password and Retype Password fields must match.
- Click Save.
