Delete a My MATRIXX User Account

System administrators who have the Global role of User Administration can delete a My MATRIXX user account.

Procedure

  1. Log into My MATRIXX as a user who has the Global role of User Administration.
  2. Under Administration, click Users.
  3. In Users, click Delete the selected object in the row for the user account to delete.
  4. In the Confirm Delete window, click Yes.
    Note: If the Delete Without Confirmation preference is selected, the user is deleted without displaying the Confirm Delete window. For more information, see the discussion about disabling user deletion confirmation in My MATRIXX Help.

Results

The user account is deleted and its associated user-credential files are removed from the My MATRIXX pod.
