Configuring MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool

MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool can be deployed on the local host or a remote system that communicates with MATRIXX Engine through Gateway Proxy and RS Gateway.

Before you can run MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool, the following must be deployed in your installation:
  • RS Gateway
  • Event Repository (if MATRIXX Engine is configured to send events there)
MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool log messages are written to ${MTX_LOG_DIR}/matrixxbct.log.
