Copy a Purge Profile

You can create a copy of an existing purge profile to make a near-duplicate of it. The new copy has the property values from the original item, except for the object ID, that My MATRIXX generates.

Procedure

1. In Purge Profiles, click next to the purge profile to copy. You can click any column name to sort the list of profiles by that column.
2. In Copy Purge Period Profile:
   1. In Name, enter a unique name.
   2. Click Copy.
3. Change the properties of the profile as needed.
4. Click Save.
