Calling Party SCCP Address Configuration for Requests

You can configure the calling party SCCP address for request messages.

Sample Calling Party SCCP Address Configuration

Calling Party SCCP Address Parameters lists the configuration parameters for configuring the SCCP calling party address to use in request messages, such as the following:
  • MAP call out requests.
  • USSD notifications.
  • MATRIXX-initiated call requests for USSD callbacks.

You can configure multiple SCCP addresses, where each SCCP address is based on the called global title.

Table 1. Calling Party SCCP Address Parameters
Parameter Description Default Value
SCCP Address Specifies the SCCP address type to use in the request message. Valid values are:
  • pc — To specify a point code as the SCCP address.
  • gt — To specify a global title as the SCCP address.

gt
GT Type Specifies the global title type to use. Valid values are as follows:
  • 1 — Use digits and nature of address.
  • 2 — Use digits and translation type.
  • 3 — Use digits, translation type, and numbering plan.
  • 4 — Use digits, translation type, numbering plan, and nature of address.
