Configure Balance Template Attributes

The Attributes list displays all attributes associated with the selected balance. You can optionally add any number of attributes to a balance to provide additional information during SubMan queries. In addition, attributes can determine how balances are displayed in MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool.

About this task

Add attributes to a balance in Edit Balance when creating or changing a balance template. For information about creating and changing balance templates, see the discussions about creating balance templates and changing balance templates. Note: If you enter conflicting input values when you define your template, the associated template tabs are highlighted and an error shows for each set of conflicting input values. The error shows until the conflicts are resolved.

Procedure

  1. In Attributes, click Add Attribute.
  2. In Create Attribute, configure the following properties:
    1. In Name, enter a unique name.
    2. In Type, select one of the following attribute types:
      • String
      • Integer
      • Decimal
      • Boolean
      • Long
    3. In Value, enter the value.
  3. Click Create.
