Apply Proration Settings
Use the Proration tab to define how much of the offer charges, grants, or time periods are applied or refunded if the offer is canceled.

Procedure
- In Edit Offer Revision offer_name, click the Proration tab.

In Charge Proration Settings, set the proration options
for when a subscriber is charged.
- Purchase Proration Type
- Charge Prorated Amount (default)
- Charge Full Amount
- Charge Nothing
- Cancel Proration Type
- Refund Prorated Amount (default)
- Refund Full Amount
- Refund Nothing
- Refund Forfeiture Based Amount
Note: If the Offer Cancel Type in the General tab is not set to Immediate, the Cancel Proration Type is automatically set to Refund Nothing, and cannot be modified. - Suspend Proration Type
- Refund Prorated Amount (default)
- Refund Full Amount
- Refund Nothing
- Refund Forfeiture Based Amount
- Resume Proration Type
- Charge Prorated Amount (default)
- Charge Full Amount
- Charge Nothing
- Refund Proration Grant — Select a grant to refund. Only set when Refund Forfeiture Based Amount is selected in Cancel Proration Type or Suspend Proration Type.
- Refund Proration Granularity — Enter a divisor and measurement unit. Only set when Refund Proration Grant is set.

In Charge in Arrears Proration Settings, set the proration
options for when a subscriber is charged in arrears.

The pricing proration behavior is saved to the revision.
