Session Management QoS Info Properties

Use the Edit QoS Profile interface to change the session management QoS info properties.

Configure the properties described in Session Management QoS Info Properties after creating a QoS Info QoS profile.

Property	Description
Name	The name of the QoS profile.
Description	Information about the QoS profile.
QoS Profile Type	Read only — QoS profile type (QoS Info).
APN QoS Treatment	Values are: Override — This QoS Profile is an overriding Access Point Name (APN) QoS. It has an associated PCC rule set that consists of 1 or more static and/or dynamic rules. Other active QoS profiles in a combination are ignored. Ceiling — This QoS Profile is the Maximum APN QoS. MATRIXX Support recommends that a profile with this setting does not have an associated PCC rule set. You may want to use this value when applying roaming limits. Floor — This QoS Profile is the Minimum APN QoS. It has an associated PCC rule set that consists of 1 or more static and/or dynamic rules. Other active QoS profiles in a combination can override this.
APN QoS Prefer Network	(Optional) When selected, preference is given to QoS Info values requested by the network in Gx CCR-[I\|U] messages from the PCEF.
Use Extended Fields for 5G RAN	When selected, the PCRF populates the following AVPs in Gx CCA/RAR top-level QoS-Information AVPs: Extended-APN-AMBR-UL — The maximum aggregate bit rate in kilobits per second for the uplink direction across all non-GBR bearers related with the same APN Extended-APN-AMBR-DL — The maximum aggregate bit rate in kilobits per second for the downlink direction across all non-GBR bearers related with the same APN. When selected, the Extended-APN-AMBR-DL/UL AVPs are used instead of the APN-Aggregate-Max-Bitrate-UL/DL AVPs.
APN Aggregate Max Bitrate Download (bps)	The aggregate maximum download bitrate for all non-GBR (Guaranteed Bit Rate) bearers per Access Point Name (APN). Units are in bits per second. This field is required when QoS profile type is QoS Info. Only displays when Use Extended Fields for 5G RAN is not selected.
Extended APN Aggregate Max Bitrate Download (kbps)	The aggregate maximum download bitrate for all non-GBR (Guaranteed Bit Rate) bearers per Access Point Name (APN). Units are in kilobits per second. This field is required when QoS profile type is QoS Info and Use Extended Fields for 5G RAN is selected.
Source Container	(Optional) When a source container and field are specified and the field has a value during a session, it overrides the value set in APN Aggregate Max Bitrate Download.
Source Field	Required if a source container is specified.
Source Tier	If a source container is specified and it is an extension of the MtxGroupObject, the source tier must be specified.

This field is required when QoS profile type is QoS Info. Only displays when Use Extended Fields for 5G RAN is not selected.
