Create an Emergency Request
An emergency request defines the agreement with a third-party operator to allow usage when an inbound roamer makes a policy or usage request and an emergency identifier is included in that request.
Before you begin
Procedure
- In Inbound Roamer, click the Emergency Requests tab.
- Click New Emergency Request Identifier.

In Create New Emergency Request, enter values for the following
properties:
- Emergency Identifier (Select from the list of configured emergency identifiers.)
- Subscription Template External ID
- Purge Amount (The valid purge range is 1–24 hours and 1–10 days.)
- Purge Unit (Select from hours or days.)
- Click Create.
