Change an Emergency Request

You can change any of the emergency request properties.

Procedure

  1. In Inbound Roamer, click the Emergency Requests tab.
  2. Click Edit the selected object in the row of an emergency request.
  3. In Edit Emergency Request, change the values for any of the following emergency request properties:
    • Emergency Identifier (Select from the list of configured emergency identifiers.)
    • Subscription Template External ID
    • Purge Amount (The valid purge range is 1-24 hours and 1-10 days.)
    • Purge Unit (Select from hours or days.)
  4. Click Save.
