Subscription Life Cycle State Diagram
The subscription life cycle state diagram shows the default subscriber life cycle definitions for subscribers.
Figure 1 shows a subscription life cycle state diagram. Each state represents a status defined in My MATRIXX. Status transitions are represented by the directional lines. Status transition actions and conditions are displayed next to the transitions. Status policies that are not allowed when a subscriber is in a specific state are listed in red on the status. By default, all status policies are allowed.
When provisioned, the subscription can become active if there is first use due to a balance adjustment or an offer purchase. The subscription can transition automatically to Vacation status if there is no usage for two months. Upon any type of activity, the subscription transitions to Active status automatically. A manual action must be taken to transition a subscription from Active to Suspended status. At this point, all offers are suspended, but the subscription automatically transitions to active is there is a balance topup to balance class 840 and all offers are resumed.
