Change Your User Password

If you know your current My MATRIXX account password, you can change it. If you do not know your My MATRIXX account password, a system administrator who has the Global role of User Administration must reset the password for you.

About this task

Note: When a user is authenticated through OAuth or LDAP, the Change Password feature is hidden.

Procedure

  1. Log into My MATRIXX with your username and password.
  2. Click or hover over My Profile in the My MATRIXX toolbar and select Change Password from the list.
  3. In the Change Password window, enter your password and your new password twice. The new password you enter in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields must match.
  4. Click Save.

Results

You have changed your user password. The next time you log in to My MATRIXX, you must use the new password.
