Table 1. Problematic Pricing Plan Operations
Problematic Operation Result Proper Operation
Adding balances to a product offer subscribers already own. The new required balances are not added to subscriber and group wallet.. Create a new revision of the product offer and remove the balances from that version. After subscribers have been updated to use the new pricing, the templates can be deleted from the pricing plan.
Deleting balance templates with associated balance instances already in wallets. During rating, the balance details are found and the balance is considered invalid. If the balance template is required in a product offer, change the product offer so it no longer includes the template. After subscribers have been updated to use the new pricing, the template can be deleted from the pricing plan.
Deleting meter templates with associated meter instances already in wallets. During rating, the meter details are not found and the meter is considered invalid. If the meter template is required in a product offer, change the product offer so it no longer includes the meter. After subscribers have been updated to use the new pricing, the template can be deleted from the pricing plan.
