Interface Controls — Synchronize Changes

The Synchronize Changes interface provides the following controls.

Note: For the items shown in the list in the interface, you can sort items in the list based on any property in the table. For more information, see the discussion about sorting and filtering items in a list.

You can filter in the list by searching for data in any of the columns, and you can set how many items to display in the list.

Interface Controls - Synchronize Changes describes properties of the Synchronize Changes interface in My MATRIXX.
Table 1. Interface Controls - Synchronize Changes
Property or Control Description
Path The path of the file for the given pricing object in the local file system (your local workspace).
Name The user-defined name of the pricing object.
Type The system-defined type of the pricing object.
Status The status of the pricing object with respect to your local workspace and the pricing repository (an SVN repository directory).

For example, a pricing object that was added to your local workspace but not yet checked in to the pricing repository has a status of:

added status_added
Last Changed The last time that the file was changed in the pricing repository. New files on your local workspace that have not been checked in to the pricing repository will not have a Last Changed date.
Last Modified The last time that the file was modified in your local workspace.
Update Control to update your local workspace. Updating your local workspace retrieves the latest versions of all pricing files from the pricing repository, including new and changed files. Any files that have been deleted from the repository are removed from the local workspace during the update process.
Revert Control to revert a file(s). Reverting changes to your workspace restores all catalog items to the state they were in when the workspace was last updated from the pricing repository.
Comment Control to add a comment for the action taken (update, revert, or commit).
Commit Control to commit a file(s). Committing changes to a pricing repository copies all saved files in a user's local workspace to the pricing repository.
