Debugging MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool

If enabled, use the debug mode to retrieve information about the MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool deployment for debugging issues. For more information, see the discussion about enabling debug mode in MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool in MATRIXX Web App Administration.

Procedure

  1. Enter the string 951951 anywhere in the UI to toggle to debug mode. This string is the default value defined for the DEBUG_MODE_TOGGLE setting in the settings.json file.
    Debug information displays at the bottom of pages where user input is required. This information includes the URL of each request made to the specific MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool page and the response information.
  2. Click Copy to copy the debug screen into memory as needed (for example, to include in correspondence with technical support or to use as reference when attempting to resolve problems).
  3. To deactivate debug mode, enter the activation string again.
