- About MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool Help
  MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool Help describes how to use MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool to view and manage subscription and group account information, including purchased offers, services, and balance amounts. MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool users are granted privileges (including managing subscriptions and groups) based on the user role they are assigned. - Navigating MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool
  When you log in to MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool, the Home page opens.
- Debugging MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool
  If enabled, use the debug mode to retrieve information about the MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool deployment for debugging issues. For more information, see the discussion about enabling debug mode in MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool in MATRIXX Web App Administration.
- Perform a General Search
  You can perform a general search for users, devices, groups, or subscriptions. In addition, you can search for an object by defining certain criteria. The search criteria available is dependent on the object type.
- Managing Users
  Use the User Summary page to display information for a _glossary/user.html. Users have a many:many relationship with subscriptions and groups. If assigned the Admin _glossary/user_role.html, the user is the recipient of group notifications.
  - Search for a User
    You can search for a user by using an External ID, User ID, Access Number, IMSI, or Object ID.
  - Add a User
    In Users, you can create a new user. When you create a user, you can also create a subscription with an associated device for the user.
  - General User Information
    The General Information panel displays the user details described in customer_manager/r_csr_h_user_summary.html#r_csr_h_user_summary__table_DFD7374D92D5490A960A571BAC602A8E.
  - User Subscriptions
    The Subscriptions panel displays the subscriptions associated with this user along with their properties as listed in customer_manager/r_csr_h_subscriptions_users.html#r_csr_h_subscriptions_users__table_31BAE77AC46B4B0F81615A183B03AAC2. To see all subscriptions, click View All on the Subscriptions panel.
  - User Groups
    The Groups panel displays up to three groups of which the user is a member. To see all groups, click View All on the Groups panel. customer_manager/r_csr_h_group_memberships_users.html#r_csr_h_group_memberships_users__table_31BAE77AC46B4B0F81615A183B03AAC2 describes the group information.
  - User Events and Notifications
    On the User Summary page, use the Events panel to view the events and notifications sent for a user.
- Managing Subscriptions
  Use the Subscription Summary page to display information for a _glossary/subscription.html.
- Managing Devices
  MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool allows you to assign devices to users and search for devices by Access Number, IMSI, Object ID, or External ID. If Login devices are enabled, you can search for devices by Login ID.
- Managing Groups
  A group is a collection of one or more subscriptions, users, other groups, or a combination of those. A group can belong to one other group only, but a subscription or user can belong to any number of groups. Each group can have one or more optional administrators (a subscription or user with an Admin _glossary/user_role.html). If an administrator is added, it must be an existing subscription or user but does not have to be a group member. Use the Search screen to display information for a group.
- Viewing Offers
  To view all of the current offers in the MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool database, click View Offers on the Home page or click the Offers tab in the header on any page other than the main page.
