Configuring MATRIXX Call Control Framework

Call Control Framework (CCF), which provides the communication services between Intelligent Networks and a MATRIXX Engine, is installed with default connection information that you can configure for your environment.

Configuring CCF involves enabling CCF functionality, setting Network Enabler configuration, CAMEL Gateway configuration, and Signaling Connection Control Part (SCCP) address configuration on the processing blades, and then configuring Network Enabler on the Network Enabler servers.

In addition, you must configure the timer index for the alert database. The alert database is used for triggering an alert when a CCF operation requires prompt attention. For more information, see the discussion about alerts configuration in Call Control Framework Integration.
