MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool

The MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool UI does not allow searching on strings with characters that cannot go on the URL (for example, ;). APIs have been added that allow for work to be done at some point in the MATRIXX Backoffice Customer Tool UI to leverage the ability to encode the search terms so that you can use any character.
