Copy a Balance Class

You can create a copy of an asset balance class and all balances that belong to it. You cannot create a copy of a currency balance class.

Before you begin

You must have the Pricing User role to copy a balance class.

Procedure

1. In Balance Classes, click next to the balance class to copy.
2. In Copy Balance Class:
   1. In Name, enter a unique name.
   2. (Optional) Select Copy Balances to copy all balances associated with the copied balance class.
   3. Click Copy.
3. Make any necessary changes in Edit Balance Class and click Save.
