Supported CS2 INAP Operations
Call Control Framework (CCF) supports Capability Set 2 (CS2) Intelligent Network Application Protocol (INAP) operations that can be used for running scripts on an SRF (Specialized Resource Function) such as an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system.
The following IVR script operations are supported:
The available parameters for each operation, an indication of whether CCF supports them, are listed in the following tables. Parameters are listed in the order in which they appear in the
specification documents.
Note: Script operations are available only through the CS2 protocol. The CAP protocol does not support script operations.
ScriptRun
CCF can send a ScriptRun operation to the IVR specifying the ID of a script to run. Supported ScriptRun Parameters lists the parameters used in ScriptRun operations and indicates whether CCF supports them.
ScriptRun Parameter | Protocol Version | Supported |
---|---|---|
uIScriptID | CS2 | Yes |
ScriptEvent
The IVR can returns the results of ScriptRun operations in ScriptEvent operations. Supported ScriptEvent Parameters lists the parameters used in ScriptEvent operations and indicates whether CCF supports them.
ScriptEvent Parameter | Protocol Version | Supported |
---|---|---|
uIScriptID | CS2 | Yes |
uIScriptResult | CS2 | Yes |
extensions | CS2 | No |
callSegmentID | CS2 | Yes |
lastEventIndicator | CS2 | Yes |
