    - MtxRequestDeviceImportCreate
      Request that a new device is created in the subscriber DB and is initialized with the information provided. The device will be dormant by default and allow the modification/override of fields that are unavailable in MtxRequestDeviceCreate.
    - MtxRequestDeviceImportPurchaseOffer
      Request that a device purchases the offer as stated in the parent purchase offer call. This call enables the caller to set balances to a specific value on purchase, set the end date and status to something other than its default.
    - MtxRequestDeviceImportWake
      Request to wake the dormant subscriber and associated objects.
    - MtxRequestGroupImportBalanceValue
      Request to import an existing balance value to a group balance.
    - MtxRequestGroupImportCreate

Data Migration MDCs

Use the following MDCs to import data for users, subscriptions, groups, and devices and to import catalog item purchase information for a subscription.

An object created using the data migration APIs is initially in a dormant state (DormantState = 1). When an object is dormant, it does not cause the generation of events or notifications. New objects can be activated using the wake APIs at a later time.

Note: After you wake an object, you cannot revert it to a dormant state.
