  MATRIXX Engine Administration describes how to monitor MATRIXX Engine components and to perform daily operations for maintaining a geographically redundant system. This includes administration for the engine, Traffic Routing Agent, MATRIXX Gateways and Web Apps, and Notification Framework. It also provides information about recovering from a total system failure.

    When a request to look up information in the Route Cache yields a “not found” error (a cache miss), the requesting application (such as the Traffic Routing Agent TRA-RT-(SI/DR) or the Network Enabler) issues a resolution request on its local Route Cache domain resolver.
  - Route Cache Direct Subscriber Management
    The Route Cache supports direct administrative management of subscriber keys. The do_rc_admin_bulk_update.py script enables direct access to the Route Cache for adding and deleting subscribers in bulk.
