usage quota component

A usage quota component is a revisioned pricing object that is used to select a usage quota profile. Usage quota profiles define quota-management properties to apply to usage for online charging sessions. When added to an offer, a usage quota component enables the offer to override or replace the quota-management properties that are set at the service type context type level. Usage quota components can be added to subscription offers or global offers, and can be used to allocate specific quota on a per offer or per service basis.
