MATRIXX Rerating Workbench Help provides information about Rerating Workbench, a web application that allows you to rerate subscriptions. Rerating Workbench is intended for operators who configure MATRIXX Rerating behavior of the online charging system.

MATRIXX Rerating Workbench Help has task-based information about creating MATRIXX Rerating rules and policies used by MATRIXX Charging Application and MATRIXX Policy Application.

To access context-sensitive help within the Rerating Workbench UI, click Open Help Content in the upper right corner to open the appropriate topic.

Conceptual Information

MATRIXX Rerating Workbench Help does not contain extensive conceptual information about MATRIXX Rerating. You should have a good understanding of MATRIXX rating and policy before using Rerating Workbench.
